STARTER: fresh beet and peach salad
SECONDE: special summer rolls with dipping sauce
MAIN: home made agnolotti filled with vegan ricotta and mint, gently sitting on an herb and pea purée
DESSERT: poached pear in red wine, sugar, rosewater dipped in a mirror glaze of white choclate.
